AUTIZM SPEKTRLI BUZILISHLARI BO‘LGAN BOLALARDA MOTOR VA EMOTSIONAL KO‘NIKMALARNI RIVOJLANTIRISH: HARAKATLI O‘YINLARNING TA’SIR MEXANIZMLARI
Annotatsiya
Ushbu tadqiqot maqolasi autizm spektrli buzilishlari (ASB) bo‘lgan bolalarda harakatli o‘yinlarning jismoniy (motor) va emotsional holatiga ta’sir mexanizmlarini chuqur tahlil qilishga qaratilgan. ASB odatda ijtimoiy-kommunikativ nuqsonlar va takrorlanuvchi xatti-harakatlar bilan tavsiflanadi, biroq so‘nggi yillarda ushbu tashxisga ega bolalarda motor ko‘nikmalarning kechikishi ham asosiy muammolardan biri sifatida e’tirof etilmoqda. Tadqiqotda maqsadli jismoniy faollik va maxsus ishlab chiqilgan harakatli o‘yinlar nafaqat mushak-skelet tizimini rivojlantirishi, balki hissiy regulyatsiya, stressni boshqarish va ijtimoiy moslashuvni yaxshilashdagi terapevtik ahamiyati o‘rganildi. Maqolada 12 haftalik harakatli o‘yinlar dasturining tajriba-sinov natijalari keltirilgan bo‘lib, ular yirik motorika ko‘rsatkichlarining yaxshilanishi va emotsional beqarorlikning pasayishini ko‘rsatadi. Natijalar jismoniy tarbiya mutaxassislari, maxsus pedagoglar va ota-onalar uchun inklyuziv ta’lim muhitida samarali yondashuvlarni qo‘llash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish uchun xizmat qiladi.
