Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada fotoelektrik va termoelektrik elementlardan tashkil topgan fototermobatareyani Simulink dasturida modellashtirish masalalari tadqiq qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida quyosh nurlanishi va haroratning fototermoelektrik tizim parametrlariga ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Model tarkibida fotoelektrik modul, termoelektrik generator, issiqlik almashinuvi bloki va yuklama tizimlari mujassamlashtirildi. Simulink muhitida kuchlanish, tok, quvvat va foydali ish koeffitsientining haroratga bog‘liqligi modellashtirildi. Tadqiqot natijalari fototermobatareyalarda chiqindi issiqlik energiyasidan foydalanish umumiy energetik samaradorlikni oshirishini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar gibrid foto-termoelektrik tizimlarni loyihalash va optimallashtirishda qo‘llanishi mumkin
