Maqolada TiO₂ asosidagi fotoelektr qatlami va Bi₂Te₃/Sb₂Te₃ materiallari asosidagi termoelektr modullarini birlashtirish natijasida gibrid quyosh energiyasi o‘zgartirgichining tok, kuchlanish va quvvat tavsiflari tadqiq etildi. Tadqiqotda fotoelektr o‘zgartirish jarayonida quyosh nurlanishining bir qismi bevosita elektr energiyasiga aylanishi, qolgan qismi esa issiqlik ko‘rinishida ajralib chiqishi hisobga olindi. Ushbu ajralib chiqqan issiqlikdan termoelektr moduli orqali qo‘shimcha elektr energiyasi olish imkoniyati nazariy jihatdan asoslandi. Gibrid tizimning chiqish quvvati ishlab chiqilgan P_gib=P_FE+〖η_muj P〗_TE - P_yo'q ifodasi asosida baholandi. Natijalar quyosh nurlanishi intensivligi ortishi bilan TiO₂ fotoelektr qatlamida fototok va chiqish quvvati oshishini, kuchlanish esa nisbatan barqaror o‘sish xususiyatiga ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Haroratlar farqi ortishi Bi₂Te₃/Sb₂Te₃ termoelektr modulida Zeebek kuchlanishi va termoelektr quvvatning ortishiga olib keladi. Taqqoslagan tahlil gibrid FE–TE tizimda umumiy chiqish quvvati oddiy fotoelektr tizimga nisbatan yuqoriroq bo‘lishi tasdiqlandi. Olingan natijalar TiO₂–Bi₂Te₃/Sb₂Te₃ asosidagi gibrid quyosh energiyasi o‘zgartirgichlari issiqlik yo‘qotishlaridan samarali foydalanish va energiya o‘zgartirgich samaradorligini oshirish uchun muxum texnologik yechim ekanligi aniqlandi.
